Angela Lavrisiuk - Democrat - Massachusetts

The congressman that I think I am most like is Niki Tsongas.
I think we are similar because we both agree on a few important issues. One of these issues
is Global warming. She has been doing so much to help getting people to start to use less
of substances like gasoline. This helps a lot of things, first it drops the price of it, plus you help the earth's atmosphere.
She and I also agree on the topic of school. She supports the No Child Left Behind act. That is very important because
kids these days need to be educated, while they need more help or more attention.

The Issues:
1. One issue I am interested in is having green schools. Having green schools can help
the environment. It could also help against pollution and help the Earth. Having these
schools can help the Earth by not destroying it slowly. Not only does it help
the Earth, it can help us also. If all of the schools were green, it might help the economy some.
2. Another issue is taking tests in school. It's not something kids want to do, but
it helps them better themselves. It also shows teachers and the state how well
the teachers and school is working. Taking tests in school is a must, it helps
so many people in the long run.
3. One last issue is the AMBER alert system. This system helps find missing
children faster. They may not always be a big help, but they could always
be of use and it could help so many people that has children who are
gone from home.
